The company operates under the brand name “Service On Way” and provides a wide range of vehicle services including car repair, maintenance, periodic servicing, breakdown assistance, towing, and related automobile solutions.
Use of our website, mobile app, and online platform (“Platform”) including all services listed (“Services”) is governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By using or accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and enter into a legally binding contract with SOS 24*7 Solutions Private Limited (“Company/we/us/our”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform or Services.
These Terms replace all previously written agreements made earlier between you and the Company.

This document is an electronic legal record as defined under applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and does not require a physical or digital signature.
“Content” includes but is not limited to images, videos, audio, comments, reviews, ratings, feedback, text, data, location details, or any other form of information or media.
“Your Content” or “User Content” means any content uploaded, shared, submitted, transmitted, or posted by you on the Platform, including reviews, profile information, feedback, messages, and ratings.
“Service On Way Content” refers to all content created by the Company including illustrations, user interface, design, software, analytics, compiled information, reports, system-generated outputs, and other materials excluding User Content.
“Estimated Cost” means an approximate cost estimate of services that may change after detailed inspection.
“Membership Plans” mean paid subscription plans or offers introduced by the Company from time to time and governed by separate terms announced with the plan.
“Services” refers to all services made available through the Platform. These may be modified, expanded, or withdrawn as required by the Company.
“User/You” refers to any individual who owns or uses a vehicle and registers or uses the Platform to avail Services.
The Platform enables Users to connect with independent third-party automobile service providers for car repair, maintenance, and related services.
After you raise a service request:
The Company may also arrange towing and roadside assistance on a paid basis.

Even after appointment confirmation, service availability is subject to partner acceptance.
By using the Platform, you confirm:

A user account may be required to access certain Platform features.

The Company will try to resolve complaints as soon as possible and generally within 7 working days.
If your vehicle is under Company custody, reasonable care will be taken. In the event of theft:

All comments, suggestions, ideas, reviews, messages, or submissions provided by Users remain the property of the Company.

You confirm the information you provide is accurate and updated. If incorrect or incomplete information is detected, your access to the Platform may be restricted.

All Platform content including text, designs, icons, trademarks, logos, and layout is owned or licensed by the Company.

Storage/parking charges of ₹500 per day may apply for delayed pickup.

Online payments are processed through third-party gateways and you must follow their policies.
Cancellation is generally not allowed once service is booked and accepted.
Refunds, if any, will only be processed under grievance policy.

Complaints will normally be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, subject to nature of issue.
Membership terms such as validity, benefits, exclusions, usage rules, and pricing will be displayed when purchasing. Membership is non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
The Company may update or withdraw membership schemes anytime.
Disputes will be settled through arbitration as per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
